As a responsible "celebrity journalist" I feel it is incumbent upon me to use my voice for the communal good. This short video demonstrates the importance of bicycle safety. A helmet is a good start, but affords no impact protection to the vital organs. Or, for that matter, non-vital organs. Take a minute to watch this piece. You'll be better off for it.

wow! the cowboy enlightens once again. but I submit those organs are quite vital...how would we fill the day without the option of viewing said fun bags each day on the internet, and occasionally elsewhere?? they did also serve to break her fall very nicely....a use I had not considered. keep em comin" cowboy!
Thank god for silicone,that would of been a bad fall with out the silicone protection.
